Welcome to Fauji Wealth, a venture born out of a profound understanding of the sacrifices made by our brave soldiers and their families. I am Col Sunil Diddee (Retd), a gunner officer commissioned into the Indian Armed Forces from IMA in 1989. My journey includes serving at the formidable Siachen Glacier, participating in the Kargil War, and being part of Op Parakram. I took Pre-Mature Retirement in 2012.
Having witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by our officers and men during active service, and later, the struggles encountered post retirement, it deeply pains me to see the hardships endured by these dedicated individuals and their families after serving our nation with utmost dedication.
Fueled by a sense of responsibility and a commitment to changing this, I initiated Fauji Wealth with a mission to spread financial awareness within the armed forces. The goal is simple yet profound: to ensure that no soldier falls victim to fraudulent practices and leads a comfortable yet dignified retired life. In my conviction, knowledge is the key to financial freedom.
Through a combination of online and offline seminars conducted at various formations across India, Fauji Wealth has successfully reached and educated a diverse audience. We are proud to have over 1000 investors from the defense forces and beyond, contributing to approximately 136 Crores in investments.

Over the years, Fauji Wealth has conducted structured investor awareness programmes across defence services and formations, reaching more than 1 lakh soldiers and officers through a combination of in-person lectures and online webinars. These sessions are led by our Founder, Col Sunil Diddee (Retd), and are designed around the unique financial realities of service life and post-retirement transition.
Our ongoing initiatives include monthly seminars for retiring officers at the Manekshaw Centre, as well as monthly webinars for retiring soldiers, ensuring continuity of financial guidance across ranks. In addition, we have delivered lectures and conducted interactive sessions at prestigious institutions and formations including CDM Hyderabad, HQ 15 Corps, DSSC Wellington, OTA Chennai, among many others across the country.
The focus of these programmes extends beyond products and returns. We address mutual funds, insurance mis-selling, long-term wealth creation, and the importance of disciplined, goal-based investing.
